The Aberdyfi Advertising & Improvements (AA&I) is a committee that distributes funding to causes in the village that promote it or enhance it for everyone’s benefit. At the moment we have vacancies for a secretary/treasurer and ordinary members. The positions are voluntary and unpaid except for expenses but the secretary/treasurer would expect to get an annual honorarium in recognition of the additional work they do. We meet every few months to consider funding applications and other committee business. If you would like to join the committee or take the secretarial/treasurers role, please email your details to email@example.com for more information.

Aberdyfi Community Council joins the nation in mourning the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
A book of condolence has been opened in the Reading Room at the Literary Institute and floral tributes can be left at the top of the ramp outside St. Peter’s Church. The Queen has asked for floral tributes not to be wrapped in cellophane. An online book of condolence can be found at www.royal.uk.
Our thoughts are with the Queen’s family and relatives at this sad time.
