Aberdovey Bowls Club was established in 1921. At that time the clubhouse was an open hut and the recreation ground consisted of four grass tennis courtslcWe now have a comfortable clubhouse providing refreshments, a six rink bowls green, two hard surface tennis courts, an 18 hole putting course and a croquet lawn.
Bowls Club meet on Mondays at 4pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2pm, when all bowls members and visiting bowlers are welcome to join us for a game of bowls. The croquet club meets on Wednesdays and Sundays at 2pm and everyone is weclome!

The Recreation Ground is open each year from Easter until September and all facilities are managed by the Bowls Club. For opening hours please see notice at the recreation ground. All the activities are open to the public with rates available for adults and juniors. Pay and play or season membership are available for all or any activity. Equipment is available for bowls, tennis, putting and croquet. Facilities can also be booked for corporate or group events.
