The Bowls Club was established in 1921. At that time the clubhouse was an open hut and the recreation ground had four grass tennis courts.

Today we are pleased to have a comfortable clubhouse providing refreshments, a six rink bowls green, two hard surface tennis courts, an 18 hole putting course and a croquet lawn.

The Recreation Ground is open each year from Easter until September and all facilities are managed by the Bowls Club. All the activities are open to the public with rates available for adults and juniors. Pay and play or season membership are available for all or any activity. Equipment is available for bowls, tennis, putting and croquet. Facilities can also be booked for corporate or group events.

Bowls Club meet on Mondays at 5pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2pm, when all bowls members are welcome to join us for a game of bowls. The croquet club meets on Wednesdays at 2pm and everyone is weclome!

President Richie Williams can be contacted on 07971 890 002 and Club Secretary Bryn Lloyd can be contacted on 01654 768 234.

Come along and visit us, play bowls, tennis, putting or croquet, or just enjoy some refreshments whilst watching the activities.
